We’re hiring a Customer Concierge. This is the heartbeat of our front office and the first impression of our business.

✔ You can handle a little controlled chaos without shutting down
✔ You are not afraid of social media (photos, stories, simple posts)

✔ You are available to work full days between 7am–7pm

🧡 WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
You are the first voice and first impression of our shops.
Front Office & Phones
• Answer calls with confidence and warmth
• Schedule and manage appointments
• Greet every customer like they matter
Follow-Up & Retention
• Check in after services
• Follow up on recommendations
• Make sure no customer falls through the cracks
Customer Experience & Appreciation
• Send cards, gifts, and thoughtful touches
• Help create moments people remember
• Support events and community involvement
Social Media Support
• Capture real moments in the shop
• Help share our story online
• Highlight customers, team, and community
Administrative Support
• Keep systems organized and up to date
• Track customer info and follow-ups
• Support leadership with projects
💪 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable learning systems and software
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work scheduled shifts between 7am–7pm
• Willing to participate in occasional events and community involvement
• Customer service or front desk experience is a plus

🕓 SCHEDULE & TIME OFF
This is a full-time position working Monday–Thursday within shop hours of 7am–7pm.
We believe in taking care of our team.
We have 401K, Medical, Dental & Vision
After one year of employment, team members become eligible for paid vacation.
We are looking for someone who is committed to growing with us long term.
📈 GROWTH OPPORTUNITY
This is not a dead-end role.
As we grow, this position has the opportunity to move into:
• Customer Experience Lead
• Leadership roles within the company
You will start reporting directly to Melissa and transition under our Operations Manager as the company grows.
