I currently work for Impact Automotive and it has been nothing but a blessing, for me getting out of the dealership life. I love the community and helping everyone out locally. The small town, laid back vibe makes work easy to go everyday. Melissa and Brad take care of there employees along with there customers, whatever it may take. Our employees are happy to come to work everyday and I enjoy my time with them. I plan on working for Impact for a long time and continue to help the company and community move forward. When I moved to Portland it took me forever to find an amazing mechanic. After multiple visits to a couple of shops I stumbled on impact. Impact is a great group of folks. Brad is very knowledgeable and an honest mechanic. I would recommend their services to anyone! Give them a shot!!!

Brad is exactly the same now as he was as a kid...inquisitive, driven and thorough! Once he locks on to a challenge it a problem, he doesn't sleep until he figures it out and solves it! And it's not just engines and transmissions... you ought to go fishing with him!

Any breakdown, whenever it happens, is inconvenient. Melissa, Brad, and the rest of the crew at Impact Automotive were awesome. I dropped it off on a Monday and had it back ahead of schedule since they knew I needed it for the weekend. The work is top-notch and I'd recommend them if you need any work done on your vehicle.

I was on my way to the National Forest when I decided to take a quick detour to the Moulton Falls Park. I accidentally ran over the parking lot spikes, and I immediately drove it to Impact Automotive. They were nice, friendly, and they took a good long look at my tires and they discovered that I got really lucky as I didn't have any punctures in my tires! I was able to drive to the National Forest and back without any issues.
