We have used Impact Automotive for the last year to address multiple issues with multiple vehicles. Each time, they've provided extremely thorough itemized inspections and diagnostics that are clearly explained in written and photographic documentation of each issue. The costs are listed up front, so there are no surprises when the bill comes due. The customer service is outstanding, and they constantly stay in communication with any changes or questions. Every staff member has been super-friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We can not recommend Impact highly enough. We will continue to bring our vehicles to them as long as they're around!

I found the techs to very experienced and skilled. They were very thorough and found a problem created by recent recall work at a dealership. Office staff are helpful and knowledgeable too. A special thanks to Chris and Tara.

I absolutely love Impact automotive. My husband was gone. I needed to top off radiator coolant due to the pop-up on the dash and they stopped what they were doing. Helped me out. They were kind of courteous efficient. What an auto shop should be. I cant give them enough stars five isnt enough

Impact Automotive put on new seals in my 99 Chevy suburban engine. We did wheel bearings and other things in a very timely manner and it a very fair price. They are my favorite place to go and I highly recommend anybody who needs a good mechanic. I don't call them the cheapest but I call them fair and fantastic.
