I booked my appointment online after I heard Larz Larson endorsed them and my expectations measured up to the experience! I hadn't drove that far into the Yacolt area before but it was a pleasant drive and well worth it. They recently opened another location in Battle Ground which would be a closer location to me but I'd take a far travel to support this terrific family business anytime! Everyone was very friendly, not pushy for any services or extras and made customers feel warmly welcomed! Alongside my initial service, they fully checked my vehicle for any additional information I needed to know to ensure the well-being and safety of my car along with an estimate for future reference. How refreshing for a mechanic shop! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you give them a try for any service knowing you'll be in honest, fair and trustworthy hands across the board with this wonderful group of people! The mechanics did an amazing job on my 2016 chevy silverado. They replaced the lifters and put In a new cam. It was a big job and the truck runs amazing. The crew stepped up and got it done in half the time I expected. I was very impressed. Thank all you guys .

We first went to several places years and years back to get quotes and fogure out our truck issue. After looking, we found out we had a auto center not far so what the heck, we will get another idea of what's wrong and then pick the right place. Im so glad we did! Impact automotive is absolutely amazing, knowledgeable and goes the extra mile. We have our kids trucks serviced here now as well and tell everyone! We love Impact and also everything they have done for us, and our community.

My wife noticed two missing lug nuts while she was at the Yacolt park with my four-year-old daughter. The right front tire was about to come off so she limped the vehicle over to impact auto. The service team had some extra lugs and throw them on for her at no cost, keeping them safe. She said, we owe them our business now for being there in a clutch situation. Sincerely, thank you Impact auto for being humans and keeping my daughter safe on the road. 1000 miles ago Costco had put the tires on, and I assume they hand tightened them forgetting to torque them down. I didn't do the 25 mile torque check so I know that it ultimately in on me. I have never had to check Costco's work in the past but now I have to assume that they may forget to torque the lugs. Thankfully, Impact cleaned up after Costco and my blind faith in Costco doing proper work. Sincerely, thank you Impact Auto for helping my wife.
